B. PARISH YOUTH MINISTRY

Background

The Memebers of SJWPYM is composed of youth ages 15-30 years old that undergone the JAM(Jesus and Me) program. 105 youths from the different areas of the Parish graduated from this program. As of this writing, we have 5 batches of graduates. The 3-day Youth Camp is conducted bi-annual, preferably during vocation months.

The current organizational structure is patterned to the Parish Pastoral Council’s structure.

Formation Programs & Activities

The SJWPYM activities are dependent to the activities of the PPC. Our main task is to help in the manpower for these programs.

  • Ang Daan ng Krus Re-enactment of the Passion of the Christ along the streets of the Different Barangays under the Parish. For 2011, we hold two seperate program to cover the two districts.

Holy wednesday: District II (Brgy. Baesa)

Holy Frideay: District I (Brgy. Balingasa)

  • Basic Faith Formation (BFF) SeminarThis startes last september 25, 2011. Its objective is to help the youth in undersatanding, learning more of the basic faith of the Church, values formation. It conducted bi-monthly (2nd & 4th sunday)
  • Youth MassEvery Last Sunday of the Month.
  • Other Activities– 5.2 BC Program– Parish Fiesta & Foundation Day Activities– Parish Christmas Gift Giving Program
